Two Overseas Customers Visit Nolifrit for In-Depth Learning and Technical Exchange on the Production Process of Enameled Cast Iron Color Cookware

On August 17, 2026, two overseas customers visited Hunan Noli Enamel Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “Nolifrit”) for an in-depth visit and technical exchange focused on the production process of enameled cast iron color cookware.

It is understood that the customers are planning to develop and manufacture enameled cast iron cookware, but previously had limited knowledge of the complete enamel production process. In order to gain a better understanding of professional technologies and improve their production capabilities, they made a special trip to China and visited Nolifrit for on-site learning and technical exchange.

During the visit, Nolifrit's technical engineers provided systematic and detailed explanations and demonstrations based on the actual production process of enameled cast iron cookware. The training covered every key stage, including cast iron cookware pretreatment, enamel preparation, enameling application, drying, firing, as well as ground coat and cover coat processes. Engineers conducted on-site demonstrations step by step and provided detailed answers to the customers' questions, helping them gain a deeper understanding of the key operational points and precautions involved in each process.

To provide the customers with a more intuitive understanding of the actual effects of different process solutions, Nolifrit also produced three samples of enameled cast iron color cookware on site according to the customers' requirements. The samples featured different color combinations and designs, including “white interior with colored exterior” and “black interior with colored exterior.” After firing, the samples demonstrated excellent enamel surface performance, and the customers expressed great satisfaction with the final results.

After a full day of in-depth communication and hands-on learning, the two customers spoke highly of Nolifrit's professional technical services and their overall visit and learning experience. They even used the word “Fantastic” to express their recognition  and satisfaction with the experience.

This visit by the overseas customers not only deepened both parties' understanding of the production process for enameled cast iron color cookware, but also further promoted communication and cooperation in technical exchange and business development.
