Technical Requirements For Metal Substrate
The manufacture of enamel products is a complex production process, in which every step of quality inspection is very critical. At present, the product quality inspection of general enamel enterprises is divided into quality inspection of semi-finished enamel products and quality inspection of finished products. Today I will share with you the technical requirements for semi-finished steel enamel products, that is, the technical requirements for semi-finished enamel cookware.
The first is the qualification rate of metal substrate: the qualification rate of basins is 97.5%; the qualification rate of cups is 96.5%; the qualification rate of miscellaneous parts is 95%; the qualification rate of fat parts: thin-walled substrate below 0.5mm (including 0.5mm) are qualified The rate is 92%, and the pass rate of thicker substrate above 0.5mm is 95%.
