Production Process of Architectural Enamel Panels

Architectural decorative enamel panels are composite materials that combine steel plates and enamel frits, and are currently widely used in public areas such as bus stops, subways, railway stations, airports, underground walkways, and even art murals. It is the material of choice for interior landscape design of underground spaces. It is not only moisture-proof, acid-alkali-resistant, and superior in quality, but also can produce the colors and patterns that people require, and is practical, ornamental and artistic at the same time.

The production process of architectural decorative enamel panels can be roughly divided into the following four processes: architectural design, metal processing, enameling process, and installation process.

(1) Architectural design: The architectural decorative enamel board adopts a standard modular design, and the standard façade form structure is selected to be suspended on the keel member. The three-dimensional adjustable keel system of the movable connection makes the enamel steel plate arouse the connecting piece to have bearing capacity and rigidity. And affect the stability of the main structure, and easy to replace.

(2) Metal processing: The enamel plate substrate is made of high-quality low-carbon cold-rolled steel plate with a thickness of not less than 1.2mm, yield strength 260 MPa, tensile strength 260 MPa, and elongation > 40%. Advanced numerical control equipment is used for metal processing and manufacturing, and the specific size needs to be based on the requirements of the design drawings.

(3) Enameling process: The building enamel wall panel adopts electrostatic dry spraying or wet enameling process. The electrostatic dry method only needs two sprays and one firing, because there is one less firing process, which can reduce the degree of deformation of large building panels due to firing, improve product surface gloss and production efficiency; if the color and appearance of architectural decorative enamel panels are If the requirements are relatively high, wet coating can be used.

(4) Installation process: The installation of the enamel board adopts the method of dry hanging on the keel, and the enamel steel plate is buckled and fixed on the keel from the bottom to the top, and the construction is simple.
