Electrostatic Enamel Powder Quality

Dry electrostatic spray enamel has high requirements on the accuracy of the particle size of the electrostatic enamel powder and the thickness of the porcelain layer. The particle size is generally 8~16g with a 350 mesh sieve and the thickness of the porcelain layer is 100~200μm. These two indicators are important for enamel products. The impact is as follows:

Main technical properties of electrostatic enamel powder:
1. Resistivity: 1014Ω•cm. A humid environment can cause the resistivity to decrease by several orders of magnitude.
2. Particle size distribution: 0.1~90μm, average particle size is about 18μm.
3. Adsorption: After spraying reaches the normal thickness for 10 minutes, the adsorption rate should maintain 70%~90%.
4. Water content: 0.05%~0.08%.
