Cross-Border Support Helps Enamel Makers Solve Mesh Bubbles & Cracks

On March 28th, Hunan Nolifrit New Materials Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Nolifrit") held a special technical sharing session to deeply analyze the typical cases of cross-border services provided by its technical team to overseas newly established enamel product factory. During the meeting, Senior Technical Engineer Mr. Luo systematically shared the complete process of resolving core technical challenges such as poor adhesion of enamel products and surface glaze defects for overseas customer. I. Cross-Border Support Demonstrates Responsibility

Since February of this year, in response to the technical support requests from overseas newly established enamel factories, Nolifrit's technical expert Mr. Luo has been stationed at the factory for a month of specialized support services. The factory primarily produces enamel soup pot sets and had completed kiln construction and conducted independent trials for six months. However, due to a lack of systematic technical support, the factory had not been able to overcome three major technical bottlenecks: poor adhesion of the base glaze, mesh bubbles during the firing process, and cold crackings at the handle.

 

 

 

 

II. Comprehensive Diagnosis Demonstrates Professionalism

The technical team employed an "Enamel Process Dissection Method" to conduct precise inspections of nine core processes, including steel pre-treatment, ball milling, enameling, drying, firing, adhesion testing of the base glaze, enameling and firing of the cover glaze, and the firing decal process. By introducing quantitative testing standards, the team identified issues such as incomplete degreasing of the substrate, excessive fineness of the glaze slurry, and incorrect enameling techniques. In response to these points, the technical team developed a comprehensive solution.

 

III. Innovative Techniques Yield Results

During the service process, the Nolifrit technical team provided on-site instruction to workers on standardized and detailed enameling techniques to ensure that worker mastered the key operational points. They also supplied the factory with a complete set of testing methods to ensure that all production steps were executed accurately.
